Terms of Service

01 Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the Client") and weAUTOmate ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to your access to and use of our website at weautomate.best and to any automation, consulting, build, or related services we provide. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our site or services.

02 Our services

weAUTOmate designs, builds, deploys, and maintains automation systems, AI agents, and software integrations for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement ("Engagement Terms"). Where Engagement Terms conflict with these Terms, the Engagement Terms control for that engagement.

03 Bookings & consultations

Calls and consultations may be scheduled through our booking link. Booking a call does not create an obligation for either party to proceed with a paid engagement. We may reschedule or decline a consultation at our discretion.

04 Fees & payment

Fees for services are set out in the applicable Engagement Terms. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due as specified in that agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work or services. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

05 Client responsibilities

To deliver our services, we rely on your timely cooperation. You agree to:

• provide accurate information and any access, credentials, or accounts reasonably required;
• ensure you have the right to grant us access to the systems and data involved;
• review and respond to deliverables and requests within agreed timeframes; and
• use the systems we build in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

06 Third-party tools

Our work often integrates third-party platforms and APIs (for example CRMs, email providers, and automation tools). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or actions. You are responsible for maintaining any subscriptions those integrations require.

07 Intellectual property

Subject to full payment, you own the custom automations and deliverables we create specifically for you under an engagement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as embedded in your deliverables. This website and its content remain our property.

08 Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with an engagement and to use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

09 Disclaimers

Our services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to build reliable systems, we do not warrant that any automation, integration, or output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed in writing. Any performance figures shown on this site are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weAUTOmate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable Engagement Terms. On termination, you agree to pay for all work performed up to the termination date. Sections relating to payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes take effect when posted to this page, and your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which weAUTOmate is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
